#INTEL GMA 4500MHD DRIVER DRIVER#
I suspect your machine will work just fine on Windows 7 final release if not soon after with many updated driver releases. Amazing! My rather long drawn out point here is that Windows 7 RC is still being baked and installation results are mixed for different machines. Not liked but to be expected. Everything worked on first boot including acess to networked computers and printers. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the Eaglelake graphics processor, the device supports DirectX 10.0. The generic driver provided by Windows does not support hardware 3D acceleration despite the card having. As of 2018, it seems that Intel is no longer supporting this card and there is no official driver available for Windows 10 on the Intel website.
its really holding me back from pre-order Win7.

The Windows 7 intall would not display with the correct aspect ratio on a 37" LCD display. This failed and I restored the system from an image backup. I also tried a clean install of Windows 7 on an ASUS P5QEM desktop.
